A great piece today in the Washington Post (Washington Post: Peter Baker and Susan B. Glasser, The Rollback of Democracy In Vladimir Putin's Russia. Tenure Marked by Consolidation of Power.) In 10 years the west will regret it did not do more to stop the consolidation of power by V. Putin.
